Batoya Isaac Barasa successfully defended his thesis entitled “Social Technical Integration Framework on ICT Readiness in Bungoma County Primary Schools”. His supervisors were Dr. Wabwoba Franklin and Mr Juma Kilwake. He is the first Post graduate student from the school of computing and informatics to defend a thesis. The event that was organized by the school of graduate studies was chaired by the Chairman, Faculty Graduate Studies Committee – Faculty of Education and Social Sciences, Dr. Masibo Edwin. Other members present in the event include, Dr. Mbugua Samuel, Dr. Anselemo Ikoha, Dr. Wabwoba Franklin, Mr. Rono Richard, Ms. Shisoka Dorcas, Mr. Brian Singoro and Mr. James Abila of Rongo University. Students from the departments of Curriculum and Instruction and Information Technology were present in the event. The event was organized in the school of Graduate studies Boardroom.
