Kibabii University Wins Inter-University Council for East Africa Call to Host Masters Programmes

Kibabii University wins to host fully funded KFW Scholars Masters programmes in the following Schools:

  1. School of Computing and Informatics (SCAI) wins Inter-University Council for East Africa /German Development Bank (KFW) to host the Masters programme in Information Technology  that will be a fully funded scholarship. Contact person Prof. Franklin Wabwoba.
  2. School of Business and Economics (SOBE) wins Inter-University Council for East Africa /German Development Bank (KFW) to host the Masters programme in Business Administration (MBA) that will be a fully funded scholarship. Contact person Dr.  Muganda Munir Manini

This was competitively won following a call to all Universities within the East African Community region. Programme sponsored by financial cooperation between the Federal Republic of Germany and the East African Community (EAC).
 
Other Universities that won are: Kyambogo University, Makerere University, Mbarara University of Science and Technology, INES-Ruhengeri, Kenyatta University, Dedan Kimathi University, University of Nairobi, Moshi Cooperative University, Sokoine University of Agriculture and University of Dodoma.
 
The programmes are funded by:

  • East African Community
  • Inter-University Council for East Africa
  • Kreditanstalt Für Wiederaufbau (German Development Bank – KFW)

 
Applications opened on 5th July, 2019 and will close on 1st August, 2019 at 17:00 hours , East Africa time.  Application for the scholoarship is to be made using forms on the Inter-University Council for East Africa website and for the programme at Kibabii University.
